Acquisition of AM Gruppe by Royal Reesink
Royal Reesink is through the acquisition of AM Gruppe expanding its activities in the field of warehouse automation and warehouse fittings into Germany and other countries in which the group is already active. AM Gruppe and Royal Reesink will collaborate intensively in order to pool their expertise in the field of automated warehouse solutions.

AM Gruppe, which comprises AM Automation GmbH and AM Lagertechnik GmbH, provides automated warehouse solutions and transport systems. The company is located in Offenau, Germany and currently has 60 employees. Gerrit van der Scheer, CEO of Royal Reesink: ‘There is an increasing need for automatic systems to store goods due to the continuous growth of webshops, the acceleration in logistics and the trend of same-day- delivery.
